           Essentially, air frying produces extremely hot air, which circulates around the food and cooks it. This is in contrast to what we are used to, which is deeper frying. Hot oil is used as a liquid to heat food in a deep fryer. In contrast, hot air quickly cooks and dries the food's surface layer in an air fryer, which is where the crunchiness on the food's surface is formed. Although air-fried foods have the same texture and flavour as deep-fried foods, a small amount of oil changes the texture and flavour. It closes the gap between fried and deep-fried foods. We reduce the quantity of calories by reducing the amount of oil used in air frying. It's not difficult to understand. Reduce the amount of oil used to cut calories, but we really want to know how much healthier air frying is compared to deep frying.

The key distinction is that an air fryer has extremely fast hot air circulation. However, the baking oven lacks this circulation of hot air, which prevents the frying effect from occurring in a conventional oven.
